In depth discovery
The key to any successful NetSuite implementation is detailed discovery. We will work with key business stakeholders to determine what they need from NetSuite and any challenges they currently face.
Detailed design
The output from our discovery sessions is used to create a detail Business Requirements Document outlining how we will implement NetSuite for your organization, including any customizations that are required.
Test, evolve, repeat
We will release elements of the system to you in easily manageable chunks so that you can test functionality and feedback any changes that are required prior to go live.
Deployment is just the beginning
Only once the system is fully tested, users have been fully trained and all data has been migrated will we go live. We will then be on hand to address any teething troubles and answer any questions you may have.

Everything you need to know about the NetSuite implementation process
How long do custom NetSuite developments take?
It really depends on what's being developed. Simple customisations or enabling a new module can usually be done in a few weeks or less (we've been known to turn around a layout change in a couple of days).
Who handles data migration?
Successful data migration is crucial to a successful ERP implementation. We will talk through the best approach for your organisation which could range from us providing data migration templates for you to complete, to us managing the whole process from end to end.
Does everything need to be implemented at the same time?
Sometimes trying to split an ERP implementation into phases can cause more problems than it solves. We would therefore recommend ensuring an end-to-end process is implemented at the same time. However, there is scope for splitting out operating territories for implementation in a subsequent project phase or leaving certain modules to later.
What information do we need to provide?
We will do our best to obtain all the information we require during project discovery. This will include things like a chart of accounts, which data you would like migrated into NetSuite, and which other systems will need to be integrated, as well as information about how you run your business and would like the system configured.
Which NetSuite modules do you implement?
We implement all modules of the NetSuite core ERP system, but have the most experience with the Finance, Inventory Management, Subscription Management, CRM, Project Management, and Billing and Revenue Recognition modules.
How long does it take to put NetSuite from scratch?
Implementing NetSuite typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the size and complexity of your business, the amount of data that needs to be migrated, and any customization that's required.
